It's illegal to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18 in the UK, or to buy them on behalf of someone under 18. We check every customer's age when we deliver.

Challenge 25

We operate Challenge 25: anyone who looks under 25 is asked for photo ID before they can buy. For deliveries we go further and check photo ID from everyone, whatever their age. We accept a passport, a photocard driving licence or a card with the PASS hologram.

How we check

At checkout you give your date of birth, and we won't take an order from anyone under 18. When we deliver, we check your photo ID before handing anything over or taking payment, and we can only give the order to you. If you can't show ID, or it shows you're under 18, we take the order back and you don't pay anything.
