Privacy notice

Draft: this page needs checking by the business, and a legal adviser where noted, before the shop goes live.

[To complete with a legal adviser: the data controller's details, retention periods and lawful bases.]

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Your date of birth, and your home address if it's different from the delivery address, to confirm you're 18 or over, as the law requires. We don't keep your home address or date of birth with your order.
• For local deliveries, which type of photo ID you showed us and when (never its number), as a record that we checked your age.

Who we share it with

We deliver every order ourselves and you pay in cash, so we don't share your details with a payment or delivery company.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing[email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
